Last night I got really really sad, …….. sad for everyone who wasn’t there to see Imagine Dragons’ performance! I remember a rainy Sunday afternoon when I heard “It’s Time” and I told my wife : wow …… they came to Luxembourg before but due to some communication issues I didn’t go. I set everything in motion to get the assignment this time around and oh my god what a show. I had goosebumps the whole time, Dan Reynolds has an energy and presence that I have rarely seen on stage. The version of Radioactive that they played was phenomenal, so much that I didn’t want it to end. More than once I looked around and saw people with their jaws dropping in awe. What a perfect way to start the concert season for 2016 ……
On a technical note: There were camera crews, …. when there are camera crews you know the light will be good on the lead. But the drawback is that the light is constant and stable. Dan was lit with a white spotlight all through the show, although the stage was very beautiful.
