I know the guys from Everwaiting Serenade quite a while now. They were actually the first band I photographed live, and I did their Promo Shoot back in 2010. When they told me they were to release a new CD and that they would like me to come and photograph the CD-Release Concert I was really honored. The location was the excellent and impressive “Food for your senses” Festival here in Luxembourg.
The light was tough, and the guys are really fast. But I knew that before I went 😉 They had mainly Led’s that went from bright to red to nothing. You can guess what kinda tricks that plays on your camera. I used the 5D with the Fisheye 15mmF2.8 and the 1D with the 28-75mmF2.8. The nice thing about this gig was that I was allowed on the stage as well.
