I had no clue as to who The Dø was. I did hear quite a lot about them though and choose to photograph them when I had the chance. I have to say that this was not really my thing. The crowd seemed pleased enough so I guess they were close enough to what people expected. It was a bit too theatrical and not enough musical for my taste.
On a technical note: The light was awful ! Tons of backlight with very little front light and a lot of LED’s from all sides. Most of the stage was bathed in total darkness which made whole band shots impossible. I wanted to try something special out for this concert but in the end I didn’t even try.
